Delivery Information

Subject to your stipulation of a Delivery Address within South Africa’s borders, all orders quoted include a “delivery” charge which will cover administration, packaging, delivery etc. of your order. Alternatively, you may elect to collect your order from Love2Learn’s offices in Lonehill, Johannesburg.

If you are based outside of South Africa and are thus unable to affect “collection”, you may contact Love2Learn’s offices directly and request a quotation for delivery of the sale books that you want to purchase.

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Whatever your preferred mode of payment; viz. EFT, Cash or Credit Card; please note that we will only dispatch your order once proof of payment has been received and the funds have reflected in our bank account.

9.1.    Postal Deliveries        
          SA counter to counter
          Please ensure the correct Postal delivery address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our                  premises.

9.2.    Undeliverable packages    
           Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make            arrangements for re-delivery. In this event, Love2Learn reserves the right to charge for this second delivery which must be paid prior to your            order being dispatched.

9.3.    Love2Learn accepts no responsibility should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost.

9.4.    International customers should make use of a courier that offers:    
            9.4.1    Shipment tracking.
            9.4.2    Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.
